The air clean unit includes: Mini Air Clean Unit (MAC) is a kind of air purification product that enhance the partial cleanliness; Fan Filter Unit (hereafter called FFU) is air clean equipment with fan built‐in; LC & KGF Series Air Filter Unit Without Fan is a kind of high efficiency filter terminal unit in the clean room.

The Air Shower is supporting equipment for the cleanroom and workshop, it can remove the dust adhering to the operator/goods and block the unclean air into the working area as an airlock. Air Shower can be divided into two kinds: AS for operator and AS for goods. It has various modes of showering from single-side, double-side, or top. It is also equipped with several types of manual doors, auto or shutters, etc.

Pass Box is supporting equipment for clean room and workshop. It can pass the wares between CR to CR or CR to a non‐clean room. It can effectively decrease the open times of CR's door and minimize the contamination extent of the clean area.

A sampling Hood is a small type of clean unit used for weighing and split charging of short amounts of medicine. The vertical flow is cycling in the working area while part of the air is exhausted to the outside of the hood.
