NEW: The Quadracell 4 position high pressure reactor offers users the convenience of parallel pressure chemistry in a compact footprint.
Designed to operate at temperatures up to 250 °C, the Quadracell has four cells, each with a volume of 10 mL, with material construction in your choice of either Stainless Steel 316, or Hastelloy C276 for enhanced chemical resistance if required.
The Quadracell is available to suit a maximum working pressure of 50 / 100 / 200 Bar and is supplied with a Pressure Release Valve, Pressure Gauge and 2 off Needle Valves (Stainless Steel UOS) as standard.
Designed, manufactured and tested in the UK, the Quadracell is incredibly robust and safe to use. With a wide range of factory addition options like all of the Asynt high pressure reactors, you can tailor your Quadracell to suit your individual requirements – or choose an off-the-shelf model that’s ready to use right away.
Designed to be used in conjunction with a simple bench top magnetic stirrer or stirrer/hotplate
The Asynt Multicell Parallel High Pressure Reactor is a cost effective lightweight unit fabricated in 316 Stainless Steel suitable for numerous stirred or non stirred applications. These include hydrogenations and applications where air sensitive materials are used or any other reaction where pressure or temperature are required.
As standard these offer the user the ability to screen 10 x 30 ml reactions at pressures of up to 50 bar and up to 200 °C, all at the same pressure and temperature. We now offer upgrades to the system to cover a wider range of requirements:
• Higher pressures to 100bar
• Temperatures to 350 °C
• Individual temperature control for each reactor cell
• Alternative materials, Hastelloy, Inconnel for example.
• Larger volumes (4 positions) to 150 mL
• Sampling under pressure
• Additions under pressure
• Individual pressure setting for every reactor cell.
The Asynt Parallel Pressure Reactor Module system allows users to vary the pressures at which they conduct experiments in devices such as the Xelsius and Integrity 10 or similar parallel reaction systems, offering up to 100 bar as standard. This compact reaction station is highly customisable with a wide range of accessories and tools to suit your requirements, let us know what parallel reactor system you have and we can do the rest.
Consisting of 10* x 316 stainless steel reaction vessels, each system can be manufactured to your exact requirements. Designed and manufactured in the UK, options include, but are not limited to, a manifold system to link the vessels, individual pressure control, and reaction sampling. In addition we can also manufacture the units from exotic alloys such as hastelloy and inconel.
*10 x pressure reactor modules too many for your current needs? We can also supply these individually if required.
The NEW Multicell-PLUS is an exciting addition to the Asynt range of pressure reactors, offering scientists an extremely flexible and customisable devise for screening chemical reactions in parallel under high pressure conditions.
Multiple cell volumes and configurations available, with pressure rating to 200 barg and working temperatures to 300°C and beyond depending on options selected.
Numerous factory-addition options available for heating, cooling, agitation, sampling/additions, condensing, liquid charging, gas sampling and much more. With such a huge wealth of options please do get in touch to discuss your chemistry requirements so we can tailor your system perfectly to meet your requirements.
The Asynt Multicell Parallel High Pressure Reactor is a cost effective lightweight unit suitable for numerous stirred or non stirred applications. These include hydrogenations and applications where air sensitive materials are used or any other reaction where pressure or temperature are required.
These offer the user to screen 10 x 30 mL reactions at pressures of up to 100 bar as standard but this can be extended with customisation options.
This parallel reactor can be used with a standard hotplate stirrer or can be customised to have multiple temperature zones.
There are a wide variety of factory options available to customise this versatile parallel reactor, from facilities for internal cell measurement, sealed sample/additions valves, condenser jackets, electrical heating options, liquid charging systems, gas supply/mixing systems, air driven stirrer, purged chamber for heaters, and many more. We can also build these reactors from alternative materials, allowing for greater heat capacity and use with particular chemicals.
If you are working with volatile substances you may wish to purchase additional sets of glass vials for your Asynt Multicell reactor to reduce the amount of movement required.
These flat bottom vials are available in sets of 20.
