XR-APEX400 HYDRAULIC PRESSES:
The xr-APEX400 hydraulic press is dedicated to producing pressed pellets for XRF laboratories. It is a benchtop press designed for repetitive use in high-throughput testing environments and can make sample pellets in steel rings, aluminum cups, or unsupported pellets.
Easy sample loading:
The die is accessible via a pull-out drawer positioned at a comfortable height for repeated sample filling. When filling, the die's external position prevents the build-up of stray powder inside the machine.

A hand press was designed to prepare powder samples for IR and X-ray fluorescence Analysis. It features an accurate pressure gauge and rugged housing with a polycarbonate safety door.
The Xpress MT25 pump provides an improved hand pump system for efficient and easy hand pumping.

The Xpress ET25 is a power-assisted hydraulic press that can operate up to 25 Tons. It has been designed to handle various pressing applications, including XRF and IR sample preparation.
The pressure can be directly set at the manometer. A safety switch prevents pressing an open door. An illuminated emergency pushdown button is also mounted at the front plate.
Pushing the green button starts the pressing process, which stops when the pressure reaches the predefined level. The blue button gently releases the pressure until the user returns to usual.
The Xpress ET25 is durable, easy to use, and ideal for repetitive pressing operations at higher loads when used in conjunction with Lightweight Dies for X-ray fluorescence sample preparation

The Auto Presses are programmable, microprocessor-controlled, power-assisted hydraulic presses with 8, 15, 25, and 40-tons load capability, designed for various pressing applications.
The microprocessor control allows up to 6 user-defined operation cycles, each with up to 10 segments. Programming is carried out using the high-contrast LCD screen, which graphically displays each program segment via intuitive symbols and prompts.
