FRINGE Benchtop X-Ray diffractometer is a desktop X-Ray diffractometer independently developed by LANScientific Co., LTD., which integrates XRD, XRF, computer software, and other technologies. It can quickly conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, crystal structure analysis, material structure analysis, and crystallinity determination for powder, block or thin film, and other forms of samples. It has the characteristics of high precision, high accuracy, good stability, wide application range, simple operation, and intelligence. Universities and research institutes, building materials, metals, minerals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and many other fields provide high-precision analysis for materials research.

Our objective:
Air spring large window lift door: This type of door saves desktop space and is suitable for each desk, effectively improving space utilization rate.
Built-in water circulation cooling system: FRINGE built-in water circulation cooling system, so there is no need to add a chiller. The software can display the X-ray tube water temperature, flow rate, and other information.
Safety: It has an automatic cutting protection device in the test process and a safety linkage lock device. The sample chamber is fully enclosed after closing, and the operation interface has the function of closing the sample chamber.
XRD for everyone: After obtaining diffraction data, CrystalX automatically performs phase analysis and gives the percentage of each component of the phase, greatly reducing the user's requirements. The user just needs to click "start testing," and the rest is left to the CrystalX software.
Integrated sola slits: The integrated sora slits, without any motion-adjustable parts, increase the reliability of the goniometer system, allowing the FRINGE desktop XRD to be installed on in-vehicle laboratory platforms.
DPPC detector: A DPPC detector (digital pulse processing counting detector) with counting throughput ≥ 1×107CPS can efficiently suppress sample fluorescence, even for strong fluorescent samples. It can also provide an excellent peak-to-back ratio without the use of a secondary monochromator. The DPPC detector provides energy dispersion spectral data while providing diffraction data.
